Research was based on how society’s approach to this devices has changed throughout time and what is it that female customers are looking for:

Function 1: ‘Behaves like a tongue’. Made out of silicon, the tip moves up and down
The mechanism inside:
There is a spinning pivot and a small extension on the silicon body interacting. As the pivot rotates the silicon extension reacts to the movement, causing ‘the tongue’ to move up and down.
Function 2: the air suction feeling mechanism.
The mechanism inside:
It has a rotating pivot which is connected to a rubber part. This Displaces the rubber up and down from its position creating a suction sensation on the opposite side of the rubber part.
The challenge
Kiiroo is an interactive sex toy company that focuses on technological innovation and Human pleasure. The brand was first built on The idea of connecting (intimately) lovers that are far from each other.
This idea has lately been eclipsed by focusing too much on the male public, resulting in a lack of engagement with the brand.
